ABOUT THIS SITE

This site has been created by residents for all of the residents (shareholders and tenants) who are concerned at the way their issues and concerns are being dealt with by Brentford Dock Ltd. (“BDL”) and the on site contracted managing agents Michael Richards & Co (“MR&Co”) aka Michael Richards and Company aka Michael Richards Property Management Ltd.

Residents who have raised questions with regard to the management of Brentford Dock and who have not had their issues addressed in an adequate, courteous or truthful fashion by Brentford Dock Ltd and Michael Richards & Co. are able to post their issues and concerns on this site.

Through resident communication and collaboration we hope to establish the truth behind the events and decisions that are occurring around us, in order to make the estate a more pleasant place to live, and make Brentford Dock Ltd and Michael Richards & Co accountable for their actions.
